Top mounted roller blinds, also known as built-on or put-on roller blinds, are mounted only at the
construction stage of a building or when replacing windows in the existing buildings. In this case, the
blind box is put on the window or door frame, then guides are fastened to the external part of the
frame. The whole set is eventually mounted in a window recess. The end result is that the blind box
is concealed and the blind seems to be a part of the window. Selected top mounted roller blind
systems also include versions with a mosquito net protecting from insects.
